We’ve designed our Refund & Return Policy to make the return and refund process as smooth and hassle-free as possible, ensuring that you feel confident with every purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most products purchased from Kurruki, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return your items. This gives you plenty of time to decide if the product is right for you.
  • Condition of Item: The item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition. It must also include all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable). For electronics, phone accessories, and massagers, the product must not be used or tampered with.
  • Non-returnable Items: Some products are excluded from the return policy for hygiene and safety reasons, including:
    • Personal care items (e.g., massagers that have been opened or used).
    • Electronics that have been opened and used.
    • Gift cards or digital products.

Return Process

Returning a product to Kurruki is simple and straightforward. Here’s how it works:

  1. Initiate a Return: To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team via email at Info@kurruki.com or call us at +13074565225. Provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will review it and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your return is approved. This number must be included with your returned item to ensure that it’s processed correctly.

  3. Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all the accessories, tags, and documentation. Be sure to include the RMA number in your package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Kurruki is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item. If you qualify for free return shipping, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

  5. Processing Your Return: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure that it meets the return conditions. If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is processed and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.). Please note that it may take a few additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.

  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake made by Kurruki (e.g., wrong item shipped or product is defective). If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the replacement item. We do not process direct exchanges, but we’ll be happy to assist you with the return and help you reorder the product.

Damaged or Defective Products

Late Returns

Returns made outside the 30-day return window may still be eligible for a store credit, at our discretion. If you wish to return an item after the 30-day period has passed, please contact us, and we will review your request.
